Adwell Lorenzo Cartman, IV passed away September 17, 2026. He was born August 21, 2026 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Kirstie Thomas and Adwell Lorenzo Cartman, III. He is preceded in death by his sister, Nevaeh Cartman; grandfather, Tracy Simons; and great grandfathers, Bobby Simons and George Howard.

Though baby Adwell’s time here was brief, the love he brought into the lives of his family will last forever. In just 27 days, he touched the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving him, especially his sisters.

Baby Adwell is survived by his parents, Kirstie Thomas and Adwell Lorenzo Cartman, III; siblings, Nala Cartman, Amoni Cartman, Alexis Cartman, Makayla Thomas, James Thomas, Jr., Theresa Thomas, and Jayvon Thomas; grandparents, Deeanne and Daniel Burrus, Rebecca Dunn, Lorenzo Cartman II, and April Cartman; aunts, Latisha Counce, Lacie Burrus, Lilian Cartman, and Chloe Cartman; uncles, Chad Simons, Reginald Counce, Dillon Simons, and Xavier Cartman; great grandparents, Sara and Jim Chadwick; and cousins, Paris Simons, Kierra Simons, and Aubrey Simons.

A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 2, 2026 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville.
