Aretha L. Morris, age 84, of Jacksonville, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 at her home. She was born January 18, 1936 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She moved to Jacksonville in 2011 to live near her daughter. Aretha was a member of Full Council Metro Church in North Little Rock.

She is survived by three daughters, Diane Mott of Jacksonville, Shirley Ann Harris of Texas, Kathryn Allen of North Carolina; son, Larry Scott of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; sister, Betty Rice of Gulfport, Mississippi; eight grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
