Billy Lee Colburn, 72, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away November 29, 2025. He was born in Houston, Texas on May 10, 1953.

He was a proud member of Sylvan Hills Masonic Lodge #754 and a dedicated 32° Mason, honoring the values of brotherhood and service throughout his life. He was also a lifelong Harley enthusiast, holding life membership in the Harley Owners Group and cherishing every mile spent on the open road. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed his time as a member of the R&R Hunting Club in Jefferson County, where he found fellowship, peace, and countless memories in the woods he loved.

He is preceded in death by his step-dad, Bruce McKinney; and son, Robert.

He is survived by his wife, Tappy Greene Colburn; mother, Emely McKinney; son, Michael (Jessica) Kinsey; grandchildren, Conner and Phillip; and sister, Judy (Mike) Edwards.

He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him—family, friends, and everyone whose lives he touched.
