Billy Ray "Pop" Stuckey, 76, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away June 4, 2024. He was born on November 16, 1947 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Eddie and Ruby Stuckey.

Bill loved fixing and building things, fishing, watching westerns, going on cruises with his wife and scuba diving. He fought in the Vietnam War, and went into factory work after coming home to take care of his wife and kids. He spent a lot of time with his grandkids, teaching them everything he knew about fishing and hard work. He was a strong, loving man.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Patricia Stuckey; and 5 siblings.

He is survived by his children, Eddie (Missy), Cheryl (Michael), and Stephen (Kari) Stuckey; grandchildren, Clayton (Elizabeth), Trey, Jessica (AJ), Jennifer, Olivia, Evan, Elizabeth (Kai), Emelia, Zoey, and Skylee; great-grandchildren, Waylon, London, Infiniti, Emma, Abby, Anthony, Arthur, Billy, Briana, Brian Jr., Bryleigh, and Briella; and family friend, Wendell Nicholson.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00PM on June 24, 2024 at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
