Carl Stephen Wagner, 80, of North Little Rock passed from this life on June 2, 2025. He was born January 29, 1945 in Atchison, Kansas to the late Carl N. and Rachael B. (Noll) Wagner. Mr. Wagner was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. After his discharge form the Air Force he went on to work in finance and healthcare for many years. He enjoyed Camaro sportscars and his gun collection, but was always happiest spending time with his family.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of nineteen years, Jodie (Hogue) Wagner; children, Yvonne Wagner and Collin Wagner both of Texas, Brian Hogue (Crissy) of North Little Rock, Eric Hogue (Courtney Akins) of Vilonia; siblings, Jane Guest of Texas, Greg Wagner (Sherry) of Kansas, Byrdy Wagner (John Hall) of Texas and Stacey Wolfe (Terry) of Kansas. Other survivors include seventeen grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren, along with a host of extended family and many friends.

A gathering of remembrance will be Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
