Carolyn Jacinto
Gorman
Apr 4, 1960 — Jul 20, 2026
Carolyn Jacinto Gorman, 66, of Jacksonville passed away on July 20, 2026. She was born April 4, 1960 in the Philippines to the late George and Angelita Elizalde Jacinto. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Claribel Jacinto; and her brother, Nicomedes.
Carolyn was a devout Catholic. Her faith was the foundation that she built her life on. She faithfully served her church in many ways, including teaching children and helping them grow in their faith. She loved serving others and never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed. Her kindness knew no limits. She never met a stranger and always made people feel welcomed and loved.
For more than 40 years, Carolyn dedicated her life to nursing. Caring for others was her passion. She had a lasting impact on her patients and co-workers. She impacted countless lives throughout her career.
Above all else, Carolyn was devoted to her family. She was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, and aunt. She had great strength and was a fighter, even in her last days. Her selflessness, compassion, generosity and genuine love for people made her an inspiration to everyone who knew her. Her greatest legacy is the love and compassion she poured into others. She will be greatly missed by many.
