Cathyjo Symansic, age 72, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away October 24, 2026. She was born in Oscoda, Michigan on July 2, 1954 to Harold Speakman and Marilyn Embury Speakman.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Wilson “Sam” Symansic and infant daughter, Jennifer.

She is survived by her children, Janette Shupe and James Symanic; and granddaughter, Kirsten Shupe.

A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 30, 2026 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, Grace Chapel.
