Cecil Jerry McDonald, 68, of Little Rock, went to be with his Lord on November 16, 2020. He was born September 9, 1952 in Hillsboro, Texas to parents Cecil Monroe and Eva Bell McDonald. He was a retired Marine, and was honored by the Pentagon to be asked to serve as a member of the disaster relief crew in Washington, DC post 9-11. His wife described him as "her husband, love, and superhero", he was perfect. In addition to his parents, Cecil was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy McDonald; and sister, Sissy Garrett.

He is survived by his loving devoted wife, Alicia Simone Singleton-McDonald; son, David Zachary McDonald, as well as niece Debbie Garrett-Smith.  Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, 501-982-2136.
