On June 10, 2024 Christopher Troy Blakely, 43, was called home by our Lord peacefully and suddenly.

He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on July 3, 1980 to Teresa Renee Martin and Stephen Louis Blakely.

He is preceded in death by his father, Stephen Louis Blakely.

He is survived by his fiancé, Mary Kathleen Hodge, and son, James Logan Blakely; parents, Teresa Renee Martin and Tony Martin; brother, Charles Stephen Blakely (Jamie), sister, Cassandra Renee Blakely, brother, Tony Kyle Martin, brother, Tyler Emory Martin (Ginny), and sister,
Alicia Dawn Kammeyer (Wes); nieces and nephews, Chace (Kaitlyn), Jasmine, Madeline, Amethyst (Jamie), Graycee, and Thomas.

Christopher was born three weeks premature and struggled with developmental delays. He was gifted with a caring soul, a comforting presence, and a helping hand. He graduated High School in Jacksonville, Arkansas in 2000 where he was also in band and ROTC. He had a talent with electronics as well as instruments and was always ready to repair what was broken. He was passionate about animals, videogames, comics, music, and, above all else, spending time with his son.

He is remembered as a caring partner and a loving father, son, and brother.
