Donald Dean Schwanke, 90, of Winter Garden, Florida, passed away October 12, 2021. Donald was born July 11, 1931 in Creston, Nebraska, to the late August John Paul and Marie (Schroeder) Schwanke. Donald served in the United States Air Force and retired with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant after more than 23 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Jean Lee (Gordon) Schwanke; his son Keith (Gail) Schwanke; his daughter Marietta (Wesley) Olson; his grandchildren, Joshua Schwanke, Andrew Schwanke, Christopher (Kristin) Olson, and Kaitlyn (Justin) Gancarz; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Audrey, Landon and Maddox.
