Duchess Dorothy Anderson, 100, passed away November 28, 2022. She was born May 30, 1922 in Little Rock, to the late William Alva and Myrtle Sue Welch. In addition to her parents, Duchess was welcomed into Heaven by her loving husband, James Anderson; and two brothers, James and William Robert Welch. She was a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church in Jacksonville where she loved and served the Lord. She lived a happy 100 years and was proud of it.

Duchess is survived by her daughter, Susan Reasons; granddaughter, Jennifer Lavender; great-grandson, Trey Jones; and three nephews, Mike (Jan), Greg (Karen), and Terry (Melody) Welch.

Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 2, 2022 at Roselawn Cemetery in Little Rock. Memorial Donations in Duchess's name can be made to First Methodist Church in Jacksonville. Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home (501) 982-2136.
