Eula Virginia Foster, 73, of Jacksonville passed away August 13, 2021. She was born December 29, 1947 in Augusta, Arkansas, to the late Cecil and Opal (Martin) Powell. In addition to her parents, Eula was preceded in death by her brothers, Danny Ray Powell and Cecil Eugene Powell; sisters, Mary Sue Jackson and Rebecca Lynn Powell; and grandson, Brandon Joseph Scott.

Those left to cherish Eula's memory include her husband of thirty-five years, Stewart Foster; children, Deborah Lynn Majors and Reginia Kay Majors; sister, Patricia Ann Lowery; brother, Bobby Wayne Powell; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
