Frances Dale Starnes, 98, of Beebe passed away September 28, 2022. She was born July 28, 1924 in Tula, Mississippi to the late Hershel and Levada (Bell) Mize. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Starnes Sr.; son, James W. Starnes Jr.; and numerous siblings, nieces, and nephews. She will be missed for her affectionate personality and famous tomato soup.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Alex "Sonny" (Linda) Starnes, Kenneth (Jeaniece) Starnes, Kevin (Katrina) Starnes, and Nancy (George) Marino; seventeen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Concord Cemetery in Furlow, Arkansas. Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, (501) 982-2136.
