Glenda Kay Houchins, 72, of Cabot passed from this life on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock. She was born Friday, August 10, 1951 in Sherman, Texas to the late Harmon and Joyce (Barnes) Estes. Mrs. Houchins was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed shopping, antiques and taking walks through her neighborhood. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Trudy Steward.

Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband of fifty-four years, Michael Houchins; sons, Eric Houchins (Kristy) of Beebe, Adam Houchins of Sherwood; grandchildren, Kalee Davis (Nick), Cayden Houchins, Andrew Houchins and Annabelle Houchins. Other survivors include sister, Cheryl Rice (Dewaine) of Memphis along with a host of extended family and dearly loved friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00p.m., Friday, May 3, 2024 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home beginning at 12:00p.m.
