Howard William Urbach, Jr., age 64, of Depew, Oklahoma passed away Monday, March 30, 2020 at his home.  He was born September 13, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Howard William Urbach, Sr. and Emma Marie Meyer Urbach.  In addition to his parents, Howard was preceded in death by his sister, Annette Urbach.

Survivors include his wife, Dana C. Urbach of Depew, Oklahoma; children, Karen Powers, Tina Puhalla, and John W. Urbach; step-sons, Anthony Fraser and David Fraser; and nine grandchildren.

Graveside services are 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville with Brother Mike officiating.  Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.  (501)982-2136.
