Ila Ivey Thearl, 83, formerly of Jacksonville, Arkansas, passed away Friday, August 28, 2020 in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.  She was born March 17, 1937 in Ransom, Kansas to the late Fred William and Blanche Elizabeth Rufenacht.  Mrs. Thearl was retired from AT&T after thirty years.  In addition of her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Joe Ivey and Hollis Thearl; and by two great grandchildren Logan Siettmann and Madelyn Williams.

Survivors include her daughter, Jeanette Ivey Lucas and her husband, Jim Lucas; son, Jim Ivey; grandchildren, Jeremy Lucas (Jennifer), Joshua Lucas, Katie Lucas Siettmann (Doug), Jennifer Graham (Chris), Amanda Williams, and Jacob Ivey; great-grandchildren, Connor Siettmann, Calder Lucas, Brady Lucas, Hannah Lewis, Kayla Lewis, Grace Lewis, Abigail Williams, and Jonah Dobbins.

Funeral services are 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with Brother Ben Leonard officiating.  Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville.  Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 12:00 p.m.  Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.  (501) 982-2136.
