Obituary

Indigo Starr Lindsey, age 6 months, of Jacksonville, gained her wings on Monday, January 20th, 2025. Indigo, lovingly known as our "Chunko-Munko" and "Granny's Shortcake", brought sunshine wherever she went. Her beautiful, toothless smile could light up the darkest room and touched the hearts of all who met her. Though her time with us was far too short, her joy and sweet spirit will be cherished forever.

She is preceded in death by her uncles, Michael Sheets and Gene Taylor, who we are certain held her the moment she arrived.

Indigo is survived by her devoted mother, Amber Lindsey; her loving dads, Dillon Lindsey and Kevin Hinesly; her adoring sisters, Emmy and Lainlee; her twin brother and partner-in-crime, Onyx; grandparents Russ and Annie Lindsey, Shane and Kim Taylor and Stacy Donner; and her great-grandparents, Ray and Sharlene Maples, Jeannie and Vernon Lindsey, and Pam and Bob Carroll; and her Auntie, Emily Starr, who she was named after.

Funeral services to honor Indigo's precious life will be held on Tuesday, January 28th, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Sweet Indi, you were too beautiful for this world.

Arrangements entrusted to Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, 1504 N J.P. Wright Loop Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076, 501-982-2136. Sign Indigo's online guestbook at www.mooresjacksonvillefuneralhome.com
