Jackie "Jack" Norton Oaks, 80, of Lonoke, passed away March 26, 2023. He was born September 14, 1942 in Woodlawn, Arkansas to the late Charles and Edna (Norton) Oaks. In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his seven siblings.

Jack proudly served his country in the United States Army Reserve from 1960 to 1968. He then worked for the Cotton Belt Railroad for thirty-one years. In his spare time, Jack enjoyed gardening, especially tomatoes.

Those left to cherish Jack's memory include his wife, Linda Oaks; children, Jack D., Brad, Lisa, Leslie, and Lucinda; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many other beloved extended family and friends.
