Jimmie Carlotta Owens, age 88, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away December 5, 2024. She was born on March 23, 1936 in Humnoke, Arkansas to the late Carl and Gladys Bayne.

Jimmie married the love of her life, Bo, in 1957 and together they owned their own trucking company for 35 years. This career was instrumental in their lives as a married couple. They taught many people the profession on their own dollar, often times losing money so that others could learn and better themselves. Everything they did, they did for others.

No matter the circumstances, Jimmie was going to give what she had to others. She was caring, giving, and kind. She knew that even when she didn't have very much, others could use it more than she could. Her physical belongings weren't what was most important to her, it was her family and the relationships she had with the people around her.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Carl "Bo" Owens; and brother, Buddy Bayne.

She is survived by her children, Carla (Rick) Wicklund and Frank Owens; granddaughter, Courtney Wicklund; sister, Jan (Johnny) Davis; nephews, Paul and Phil Davis; and brother-in-law, Johnny Owens.
