Jimmy Fernandez Resolme, 72, of Jacksonville, passed away July 23, 2021. He was born January 20, 1949 in the Philippines to the late Maximino and Resurrecion Resolme. In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his brothers, Conrado and Sofronio Resolme and sisters, Nena Butler and Joanie Loss.

Jimmy was more than just a father to this family. He was a selfless man who would help any and every one and was loved by many. He was humble and would sacrifice all he had for his family. He enjoyed using his jokes and dancing skills to bring joy to people. Jimmy was also determined to make good things happen during difficult times and will be missed dearly.

Those left to cherish the memories of Jimmy include his wife, Mercedes (Langaman) Resolme; daughter, Diana Miles; sons, Engilbert (Susanna) Resolme, Mike (Camille) Resolme and Aaron Loss and wife, Amanda Gramago; sisters, Anacleta Serafico and Marcelo Resolme and grandchildren, Carlos, Emma, Jaiden, Jordan, Chloe and Christian.

A memorial visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Due to COVID-19, the family requests that all guests practice social distancing and wear masks. Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, (501) 982-2136.
