Jimmy Leroy Summers, Jr., age 62, of Cabot passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020.  He was born January 9, 1958 in Searcy, Arkansas.  Leroy worked as a diesel technician for Summit Truck Group for 18 years.  He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Charles Brown.

Survivors include his wife, Sherry Summers of Cabot; mother, Orene Keathley of Jacksonville; children, Shelby Ann Summers and Sheldon Lee Summers, both of Cabot, and Tabitha Summers of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; fur-babies, Tootie and Clyde Summers; grandchild, Christa Williams of Nashville; great-grandchild, Jeramiah Acevedo of Nashville; siblings, Joyce (Stanley) Summers Wood of Williamsburg, Virginia, Benny Summers of Griffin, Georgia, and Billy Summers of Jacksonville; parents-in-law, Dannie and Marylou Vaughn of Cabot; brother-in-law, Danny L. (Tammy) Vaughn of Quitman; and 12 nieces and nephews.
