Joseph "Joe" Herman Mills, 87, of Beebe passed away Sunday, March 13, 2022. He was born September 10, 1934 in Little Rock to the late David C. and Mary "Minnie" Jane (Nantz) Mills. Joe owned and operated Joe's Used Cars and was a mechanic for over 40 years. One of Joe's hobbies was flying. He was a private pilot and enjoyed taking his family along for the flight. In addition to his parents, Mr. Mills was preceded in death by his wife, Evy Delois Pipkin Mills and his siblings, Ray Mills, Ernie Mills, Fannie Macy, Alice Bybee, Mary Hill, Hazel Hardwick and Ruby Jones.

Joe is survived by his daughter, Elvie Mills McKinney of South Bend; grandchildren, Brandi Hicks and Crystal Chivers and his loving companion, Dorothy Hammon.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with Brother Willard Crain officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service.
