Joel Paul Ray, age 72, of North Little Rock passed away Sunday, August 16, 2020.  He was born January 12, 1948 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Floyd and Ruby Peyton Ray.

Survivors include his children, Angel, Kelly, and Edna; and sister, Ginger Williams of Jacksonville.
