John David Lee, 83, of Springfield, Arkansas passed away January 28, 2024. He was born April 10, 1940 in Heber Springs, Arkansas to the late John D. Lee and Cora (Dooley) Martin. In addition to his parents, John was welcomed into Heaven by his wife, Grace Helen Lee; son, Kenneth Ray; daughter, Bobby Joe Lee; and siblings, June May Martin, Delbert Leroy Hooten, and Robert Henry Lee.

John enjoyed driving the open roads of the United States while working as a truck driver until his retirement in 2013. He was a musician, loved playing any instrument with strings and enjoyed country and blue grass the most. His love for music inspired him to open his own shop called "Big John's Music", which was split between a music shop and flea market.

Those left to cherish the memories of John include his children, Elizabeth Ann Townsend, Darrell and Johnny Lee; siblings, Katy Cathline Martin and Jessie James Lee; four grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 3, 2024 at GAP Mission Church in Conway.
