Joseph "Joe" Kennedy, 70, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away February 28, 2026. He was born in Wichita Falls, Texas to James E. Kennedy and Sally Bell Seston. He is preceded in death by his mother, Sally Seston and a sister, Jamie Kay.

Joe was a truck driver for most of his life and loved living the quiet country life with his wife, Deborah.

Left to cherish Joe's memory are his wife, Deborah Kennedy; father, James "Jim" (Vicki) Kennedy; children, Phillip (Barbara) Kennedy and James "Jamie" Kennedy of Dallas, Texas; siblings, Diane Williamson, Patty (Doug) Vaughn, and Terri (Michael) Chirelli; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
