Kathleen Anne Fowler, 77, of Jacksonville went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 25, 2025. She was born April 17, 1948, in Dallas, Oregon to the late George and Virginia (Cox) Lefever. Kathleen was a member of First United Methodist Church Jacksonville. She spent many years helping to mold and nurture the minds of countless children as a Pre-K teacher. She enjoyed camping, fishing, traveling, was an excellent cook and even played the accordion when she was young. Despite all of her hobbies, Kathleen was always happiest spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Chris Fisher, Robert Lefever, Johnny Lefever, Julie Lefever, Frankie Lefever; children, Cindy and Tracy Fowler.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband of twenty-seven years, Richard Fowler; children, Stacey (David) Horton of Conway, Thomas (Hortensia) Wall of Oregon, David (Hope) Wall of Ward, Ben Wall of Oregon, Jennifer (Chad) Bridges of Cabot, Rebecca (Patrick) Lammert of Missouri and Sarah Thompson of Hensley; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Joshua, Issac, Matthew, George, Annemarie, Christopher, Juliana, Michael, Hannah, Kaylin, Kaitlyn, Abigail, Skyler, Makayla and Garrett; great grandchildren, Carson, Nova and Mateo. Other survivors include siblings, George (Tammy) Lefever, Betty (Glenn) Bredeson, Mary DeLassio, Donna King, Amy Gilmore and Brad Lefever all of Oregon, along with a host of extended family and many friends.
Funeral services will be 10:00am, Friday, May 30, 2025, at First United Methodist Church Jacksonville with Reverend Melanie Tubbs officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.
