Kathryn Smith, 77, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away March 1, 2024. She was born in Newport, Arkansas to the late Roy and Evelyn McGee.

Kathryn loved to spend her time taking care of and helping others the best she could. She was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church, a volunteer at the Senior Center in Jacksonville, and was a member of the Jacksonville Kiwanis. She spent her working career as the manager of the Regal Outlet Store in Jacksonville.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in passing by her husband, John W Smith; brothers, Roy Gene, Jimmy, and Vernon; and two sisters, Linda and Brenda.

She is survived by her sons, Jonathan (Leann) Smith and Michael P. Smith; daughter, Mitzi (Mark) Burdette; grandchildren, Keegan Wilson, Joshua (Patricia) Burdette, Amanda (Ben) Edds, Jace Smith, and Micalea Smith; and great-grandchildren, Alexa Burdette, Avery Burdette, and Autumn Burdette.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 1:00PM at the funeral home.

There will be a celebration of life held at 6:30PM on Monday, March 4, 2024 at Faith Baptist Church in Cabot, Arkansas.
