Kevin Lynn Canfield, 64, of Austin, Arkansas peacefully went home to be with Jesus on January 2, 2024. He was born October 18, 1959 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Ted Lynn Canfield and Betty Katherine (Clements).

He loved anything to do with being outdoors, even yardwork. He was devoted to his "girls" and loved his wife and daughters so well. He enjoyed time most with them and his grandchildren, as well as with his dogs, especially Kate. He loved to tell stories to anyone that would listen and he always had one. He was an active member of New Life Pentecostal Church and he very much enjoyed the fellowship with friends he made there.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sonya Canfield; Children, Taylor (Jesse) Byers of Southhaven, Amanda (Jacob) Cerra of Jacksonville, and Emily (Austin) Matthews of North Little Rock; Siblings, Cindy Hedrick of Little Rock, Kelly Canfield of Mayflower, Christopher Carney Canfield of Jacksonville, and Susan Tharp of Jacksonville; six grandchildren, Jacquelene Cerra, Gradin Byers, Rylie Byers, Elizabeth Cerra, Kinley Byers, and Atticus Cerra; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday January 8, 2024 at New Life Pentecostal Church, 107 Commercial St., Cabot, Arkansas. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Graveside service to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park next to Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.
