Larry Clyde Coulter, 79, of Jacksonville passed from this life on September 8, 2025. He was born October 18, 1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Clyde E. and Dorothy E. (Wright) Coulter. Larry was a graduate of Jacksonville High School. After graduating from high school Larry went on to serve in the United States Navy. Upon his discharge from the Navy, Larry enrolled at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Joellen Katrosh.

Survivors include two children, four grandchildren along with a host of extended family and friends.

No services are planned at this time. Mr. Coulter will be laid to rest at Bayou Meto Cemetery.
