Linda Naomi Phillips, 73, of Jacksonville, passed away May 6, 2021. She was born September 19, 1947 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Ralph and Clara (Pierce) Watkins. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Phillips and siblings, Patsy Bull, Harlon, Lewis, and Jackie Watkins.

Linda is survived by her children, Ladonna (Jeffrey) Slater and David (Josephine) Jones and siblings, Sherry and Jerry Watkins.
