Linda Reichenbach, age 71, of Jacksonville passed away due to complications of COVID-19 on Saturday, January 23, 2021.  She was born August 10, 1949 at Asbury Hospital in Salina, Kansas to the late Melvin and Norma Goure.  Linda graduated from Minneapolis High School in 1967.  She met her future Airman husband, Jerry Reichenbach, in 1965.  They married upon his return from Japan on May 29, 1967 at Immaculate Conception Parish in Minneapolis, Kansas.  A short time later, they moved to Sherman, Texas, and Japan.  With additional tours, they relocated to Illinois, Texas; and finally, Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas.  In Arkansas, they raised five children.  Linda received formal recognition of pattern and dressmaking, as well as graduating with honors from Keystone Dress Making School in Okinawa, Japan.  Sewing for many friends led Linda to become a master quilt maker.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Sean.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Reichenbach; children, Rakale (John) Tune, Amy Reichenbach, Ann Reichenbach, and Kurt Reichenbach; and grandchildren, Justin Tune, Kaitlyn (David) Roberts, Blake (Jessica) Mattison, Alexandra (Kaleb) Madden, and Nicholas Mattison.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at St. Jude's Catholic Church with Father Martin Siebold officiating.  Interment will be private.  Rosary services will be 7:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, February 1, 2021 at St. Jude's Catholic Church.  Due to COVID-19, masks and social distancing are required.  Memorials may be made to Cabot Nimble Thimbles Quilters Guild c/o Nancy Heckmaster, 372 Deer Creek Drive, Cabot, AR, 72023.  Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.  (501) 982-2136.
