Lloyd Edward Bailey age 92 of North Little Rock passed away, Thursday, January 4, 2024. He was born August 1, 1931 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Cicero Bailey. Lloyd enlisted in the U.S. Air Force where he faithfully served country for over 21 years. He served during the Korean War and Vietnam Conflict. Following his military retirement, Mr. Bailey was a purchasing agent for the City of Jacksonville and the Pulaski County School District. He was an avid golfer. Lloyd was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth Bailey in 2016.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, Mary Bailey of the home; daughter and son in law, Christine and Danny Glover of Cave Springs, Arkansas; son, Ed Bailey of Jacksonville; two grandchildren, Tara and her husband, Ryan Penner, Quinton and his wife, Erin Glover; five great grandchildren, Addison, Rylee, Dawson, Zoey and Hollyn.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 12, 2024 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock with Reverend David Odell officiating.
