Lola Jane Price (Janie), 79, of Cabot passed away June 10, 2026. She was born on April 16, 1947 in Yell County to the late Denver and Clara Kirk Steward. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Oakey Price; son, Shon Clemens; and grandson, Bryan Clemens.

Lola loved reading; cats, especially cougars; watching nature and wildlife programs; listening to classic country music; and, in her younger years, cooking, dancing, and planting beautiful flower beds. She retired from the Maybelline / L'oreal factory in 1999 after 20 years. She was a character but also stubborn. Most of all, she loved and cherished her family and friends.

Lola is survived by her daughter, Anita Weston; sister, Betty Hamilton; four grandchildren, Nicholas Weston, Phillip Clemens, Lucas Clemens, and Kayla Clemens; two very good friends of over 40 years, Judy Smith of Wasilla, Alaska and Virginia Smart of Sylvania, Arkansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2026 at Moores Jacksonville Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Lola will be laid to rest with her late husband at Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
