Marie Eloise Fletcher, 91, of Jacksonville, passed away August 22, 2022. She was born December 3, 1930 in Damascus, Arkansas to the late Luther and Mary (Duncan) Lee. In addition to her parents, Marie was welcomed into Heaven by her husband, Max Fletcher; sisters, Earnestine Bradford and Erma Dee Cunningham; and great-granddaughter, Marlee Schuetzle.

Those left to cherish their memories of Marie include her eight children, Gary (Glenda) Fletcher, Susan (Jack) Mansfield, Judy Schuetzle, Tammy Bourdo, Robin (Steve) Walker, Ken Fletcher, Todd (Tammy) Fletcher, and Jennifer (Chad) Wintz; one sister, Johnnye (Paul – deceased) Stalter; two brothers, Ricky and Johnny Lee; seventeen grandchildren, Autumn, Ray, Somer, Chad, Chase, Mickey, Randy, TJ, Tasha, Dustin, Sarah, Brandon, Andie, Graham, Max, Regan, and Presley; thirty-three great-grandchildren; and guardian angels, Sandy, Dena, and Connie.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 26, 2022 at Second Baptist Church in Jacksonville. Visitation will be the evening prior, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 25, 2022 at the church.
