Mark Edward Smith, 66, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away April 29, 2024. He was born in California on June 15, 1957 to Glen and Doris Smith.

He was a proud US Navy veteran who spent 10 years stationed on the USS Kennedy. He loved spending his free time in his garage woodworking. Other hobbies included golfing, fishing, and creating an adventure zone for his cats.

He is preceded in death by his dad, Glen Smith.

He is survived by his mom, Doris Smith; son, Christopher Smith; and God siblings, Jamie and Nathanial Southern and their son, James.

A private burial will take place at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery with full military honors.
