Mary Alice Farrar, 74, of Cabot passed away on November 14, 2021. She was born February 11, 1947 in Havana, Arkansas to the late Jacob and Wilma (Plack) Bird. In addition to her parents, Mary will be welcomed into Heaven by her husband, Jim Farrar; sister, Rachel Bird; and brother, Bruce Bird.

Mary will always be remembered as a selfless and loving child of God. Not only was she a dedicated mother, Mary was also a dedicated Christian as a member of the Church of Christ. She worked for Southwestern Bell (currently AT&T) until her retirement. In her spare time, Mary loved to travel with her husband, Jim, and play bingo. Both she and Jim had a love for all animals as well.

Those left to cherish Mary's memory include her son, Jeremy Farrar; sister, Lynelle (Mike) Eisenhart; sister-in-law, Kathy Bird; and her three nephews. Jacob, Daniel, and David Eisenhart.

A memorial service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Mary will be laid to rest with her husband at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, (501) 982-2136.
