MSgt William W. Joplin, Retired USAF, age 89, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away April 15, 2025. He was born in Mena, Arkansas to the late John E. and Fern W. Joplin. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Gertrude Moseley, Paul Joplin, Thell Joplin, Helen Martin, Lois Smith, Marcelle Walker, and John Joplin.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sonya CJ (Richard) Joplin; daughter, Brigitte (William) Seiger; and granddaughter, Ashley Seiger. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

The family would like to thank the staff at Fox Ridge North Little Rock for the compassion and care they gave during William's time at the facility.

William's favorite scripture is a testament to his life and how he would want to be remembered most, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." 2 Timothy 4:7
