Nellie Kathrine Williams, age 85, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away September 26, 2024. She was born on April 7, 1939, in Coy, Arkansas to the late Franklin William Smith and Rosa Nell Smith.

She is preceded in death by her children, Joey Miller, Debbie Williams Reese, and Steve Miller.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Stephen Williams; daughter, Lisa (Chuck) Buchan; grandchildren, Jennifer Miller, Joseph (Samantha) Lucky, Kaitlin (Zack) Buchan Walker, Joshua Buchan, Matthew Buchan, Lauren (Connor) Buchan Malone, and Zach Buchan. She is also survived by her sisters, Lois Rose and Joyce Harris, and her brother Claude "Bud" Smith.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, 1504 Loop Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 2:00PM at the funeral home.
