Norma Jean Gilmore, age 83, of Jacksonville, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022. She was born in Black Rock, Arkansas to the late Charles Lester Rowland and Grace Mae Scott Rowland on Friday, March 29, 1939.  Norma was blessed with 7 siblings and was a loving mother and homemaker.  She was a follower of the Christian faith and a member of the Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her sons, Jeffrey Don and Terry Gene.

Norma is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Chad) Wycoff of Jacksonville, Paula (Paul) Colvin of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; siblings, Jimmy Rowland of Pontoon Beach, Illinois, Shirley Culver of Piggott, Arkansas, Billy Rowland of St. Louis, Missouri; 10 grandchildren 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

Norma loved her family and friends.  Norma loved sports.  The Razorbacks and the Cardinals had the best fan!

Norma will forever be in our hearts.
