Patricia Mosher, 78, of Jacksonville passed away July 23, 2026. She was born June 19, 1948 in Portia, Arkansas to the late Thedore and Opal Bettis Freeman. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Wayne Mosher; and two brothers, Dale Freeman and Keith Freeman.

Pat enjoyed flower gardening. Her favorite were yellow roses. She was a tough woman but also a caring mother. She always was a straight shooter. She wasn't afraid to tell you how it is.

Pat is survived by her daughter, Kimberly (David) St. Clair; five grandchildren, Clayton Lundquist, Dallas (Chase) Smith, Derek St. Clair, Delanie St. Clair, and Dalton St. Clair; two great grandchildren, Cooper Smith and John Elliot St. Clair; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

A funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
