Paul Lindell Payne Jr., 53, formerly of Jacksonville passed away February 11, 2022. He was born April 20, 1968 in Jacksonville, Arkansas to Paul Sr. and Ethel Payne. Paul was a 1986 graduate of Jacksonville High School and proudly served his country in the United States Army (Airborne).

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish Paul's memory include his sister, Denice (Craig) Davis; three nephews and their families; two aunts and one uncle.
