Penny Tidmore, 46, of Cabot, passed away March 22, 2021. She was born February 28, 1975 in Mayflower, Arkansas.  Penny was an animal lover and a one of a kind, special person to all who knew her. She is survived by her loving fiancé, Jeffrey Keizor, as well as many beloved friends.
