Phyllis Jane "P.J." Bryant, 75, of Cabot went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 24, 2025. She was born March 19, 1950 in Jacksonville, Arkansas to the late Davie Regan and Thelma Inez (Anderson) Howell. P.J. was a talented artist, poet, musician and photographer. She enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with her animals. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to many. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Michael George Howell and Paula Jeanette Howell.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband of forty-three years, James Bryant; son Steven Charles Poll of Michigan; grandson, Nathan Poll of Michigan; nephews, Michael Anderson Howell (Niki) of El Paso and Jay Stewart Howell (Tracy) of Conway, Joseph Elias Bryant of Sheridan and John William Bryant of Sheridan. Other survivors include great nieces and nephews, Haley Howell, Angela Nicole Barton, Payton Howell and Paxton Howell; brother-in-law, Jeff Bryant (Laura) of Sheridan along with a host of extended family and many friends.
Funeral services will be 11:00am, Monday, June 2, 2025 at Crossroads Cowboy Church, 3701 AR-5, El Paso, Arkansas 72045. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Cabot. Visitation will be Sunday, June 1, 2025 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home from 2:00pm until 4:00pm.
Andy Howell, Jay Howell, Robert Lowery, Steve Poll, Nathan Poll and Mark Schaefer will serve as pallbearers.
Memorials in P.J.'s memory may be made to Crossroads Cowboy Church.
