Renate Grigsby, 81, of Jacksonville, passed away February 20, 2021. She was born December 17, 1939 in Heidelberg, Germany. Renate enjoyed watching birds, squirrels, the news and spending time with her friends and family.  In addition to her parents, Renate was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Ernest Grigsby and daughter, Karin JaNell Grigsby.

She is survived by her daughter, Renate (Kevin) Morrison; grandson, William Paul Morrison and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m., Monday, March 1, 2021 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, February 28, 2021 also at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Renate will be laid to rest after the service at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
