Ricki Spencer, 69, of Jacksonville, AR passed on Sep 25, 2023. He was born on May 11, 1954, to John Benny and Ozzie (Harris) Spencer in St. Louis, MO. He was a 1973 graduate of Vashon High School. In addition to his parents, Ricki was preceded in death by his brothers, Harvey Spencer of St. Louis, MO, and Larry Spencer of Milwaukee, WI.

After graduation, he moved to Milwaukee, WI where he went on to join the United States Air Force. After the Air Force he attended and graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Ricki started to work for Vilter Manufacturing. He made the decision to move to Little Rock, AR, where he was employed by Dillard's Corporate Office doing drafting and design. Ricki loved golf and could be found on Deer Run Golf Course located at Little Rock Air Force Base. He was also an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Mildred "Jeannie" Spencer; daughters, Angela Spencer-Grady and Stephanie Spencer of St Louis, MO, Leondra Spencer-Moore of Jacksonville, FL, Shante' Easter and Denee' Hayes of Jacksonville, AR, and Porcha Hayes-Jackson of Little Rock, AR; sisters, Dorothy Fowler of St Louis, MO, and Rita Spencer and Maggie Spencer of Milwaukee, WI; as well as grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
