Robert Wayne Harts, 53, of Jacksonville passed from this life on July 25, 2025 at his home. Robert was born November 27, 1971 in Oxnard, California to Howard Wayne and Donna Rae (Clark) Harts. Robert was his own man and lived life on his own terms. He was a proud, hardworking and carefree soul. He was giving and although rough around the edges, had a heart of gold. He would help anyone who needed it, often taking food and supplies to the homeless. He had a sense of humor that would be hard to rival, loved loud music and riding his motorcycle. The difference Robert made in the life of others, many of which he did not know, will continue to make the world a better place. Mr. Harts was preceded in death by his father.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Donna Harts of Jacksonville; sister, Tami Marie Harts of Jacksonville; nephews Austin Felix of North Little Rock and Tucker Felix of Ward. Other survivors include great nieces, Nevaeh Rose Felix and Ezabel Lilliana Felix; great nephew, Leonidas Augustine Felix along with a host of aunts, uncles, and extended family.

A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 9, 2025 at First Baptist Church of Jacksonville.
