Ronald Lee Harris, 77, of Scott, Arkansas passed away May 10, 2025. He was born in Smithville, Missouri on November 6, 1947 to the late Henry Harris and Genivive Moore. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Carrol Davis.

Ronald had a deep love for the outdoors—he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and tending to his garden. He was also a gifted storyteller, always ready to share a tale that would bring laughter or reflection. A faithful member of England PCG, Ronald lived his life guided by kindness and compassion. He was loving, caring, and never met a stranger—his warmth and friendliness left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

He is survived by his wife, Doreen Harris; children, Miguel Calles and Leaha Calles; grandson, Ian Calles; sister-in-law, Pam (Jay) Radtke; niece, Alyssa Brockway; and his beloved cat, Pepper.

A funeral service with military honors will be at 3:00PM on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, 1504 Loop Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas. There will be visitation prior to the service beginning at 2:00PM at the funeral home.
