Soutsaly Souvanna, 42, of Clarksville passed from this life on May 24, 2024 at UAMS Medical Center. He was born July 7, 1981, in Vientiane, Laos, to the late Bounme Souvanna and Khamphaeng Nitivong.

Mr. Souvanna enjoyed weight lifting, reading, and in his younger years, playing baseball. He enjoyed studying history and civics and was always up to date with current world events. He will always be remembered as a loving brother, uncle, and friend to the many loved ones he leaves behind. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Phongsamouth Souvanna.

Survivors include his sisters, Bounmak Nitivong of Gastonia, NC, and Bounma Souvanna and her husband Jack Sengdara of Laveen, AZ, and his brothers: Kathong Souvanna and wife Mayura Banchay of Gastonia, NC, Kongsavang Souvanna and wife Gina Luang of Gastonia, NC, Saengkham Souvanna and partner Channy Som of Lowell, MA, Champathong Souvanna and wife Mary Jean Souvanna of Mabelvale, AR, and Sisavath Souvanna and wife Sousavanh Philakhong-Souvanna of Lowell, MA. Other survivors include a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.

You are welcome to attend his calling hours on Wednesday, May, 29, 2024, from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, 1504 N JP Wright Loop Rd, Jacksonville, AR, 72076. His funeral will begin on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 2:00PM at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, followed by procession for cremation.
