Stella May Russell, 86, of Lonoke passed from this life on March 17, 2024. She was born April 15, 1937 in Sulfur Rock, Arkansas to the late Jeff and Estella (Shirley) Fugatt. In addition to her parents Stella was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Russell; sons, Eddie Cross, Timothy Cross, Dennis Cross; siblings, Rosa Vaughn, Ruth Estes, Jeff Fugatt Jr., Gene Fugatt, Dorothy Smith, Blackie Fugatt, Dean Fugatt and Kay Collins. Stella will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include children, Tammy McClendon (Gary) of Alabama, Danny Cross (Jare Baker) of Lonoke, Steve Cross (Vicki) of Missouri, Dana Duncan (James) of Little Rock, Grady Russell III of Sherwood; siblings, Ricky Fugatt of Jacksonville, Terry Fugatt (Anne) of Conway, Connie Adams of Vilonia and Kathy Arnold (Mike) of Georgia. Other survivors include a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 12:00pm, Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service beginning at 11:00am.
