Terrance William Lano Hughes, 74, of Jacksonville, passed away July 18, 2021 at his home. He was born February 19, 1947 in Port Clinton, Ohio to the late William R. Lano and Jane Ellen (Maurer) Hughes. In addition to his parents, Terrance was preceded in death by his wife, Gayla S. Hughes. Terrance proudly served his country in the Navy for twenty-three years and retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. Terrance was a long time member of Christ Church in Maumelle. He was a history buff, huge Patriots fan and a story teller extraordinaire. Terrance also enjoyed reading and loved spending time with his family.

Terrance is survived by his children, Kristi Loree Hughes and Toby Lewis Hughes; sister, Tami J. Berry and four grandchildren.
